This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility for services provided by Mediabycass. By booking a session or purchasing services, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Mediabycass are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of photography services, time, scheduling, and preparation are reserved specifically for each client, making refunds limited to specific circumstances.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a payment transaction is declined or cannot be successfully processed.
     

  • If Mediabycass is unable to provide the scheduled service due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
     

  • If Mediabycass cancels a session and no rescheduling option is available.
     

In approved cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

3. Cancellations by Client

Client-initiated cancellations may not qualify for a refund. Depending on the timing of the cancellation and availability, clients may be offered the option to reschedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payment. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.

5. Weather & Safety Conditions

Because many sessions may take place outdoors, including paintball events, sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond control. In such cases, clients will be notified and provided with alternative scheduling options when available. Weather-related cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds.

6. Digital Products & Deliverables

Once digital images or final deliverables have been sent or delivered, refunds are not available. Clients are responsible for reviewing services and communicating concerns promptly.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Mediabycass is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Policy Changes

Mediabycass reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
