1. Services

Mediabycass provides professional photography services, specializing in paintball action photography, team coverage, and related media content. All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked through the approved booking system or direct agreement. Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received (when applicable). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if a payment is declined, or if Mediabycass is unable to fulfill the service due to availability or circumstances beyond control.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable. Mediabycass reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Image Rights & Usage

All photographs and content created by Mediabycass remain the intellectual property of Mediabycass unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered images for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial licensing may require additional agreement. Mediabycass reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring availability during scheduled sessions. Mediabycass is not responsible for missed sessions due to incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mediabycass shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or this website. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of images or content is prohibited.
